QSHE

Everyone has the right to work in a safe, secure and healthy working environment. Our activities brings us to work in challenging conditions. A healthy and safe workplace as well as general wellbeing - for GreenSoil staff, as well as subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders - is our highest priority. Our works addresses the highest regulatory and aspirational standards for delivering safe and high-quality results. It is our goal to create a Safe working environment for our staff in the broadest sense of the word. Safe physically (health) but also safe mentally.

Staff should always feel welcome and appreciated at worksites and meetings and not be afraid to speak out and admit mistakes or failures. GreenSoil expects all its staff to treat each other and third parties respectfully. Crucial is continuous improvement in safety, health and well-being of its employees as well as in quality, services and environmental awareness by means of registration and evaluation of complaints, (near-)misses and incident reporting.

The GreenSoil Group aims at delivering high quality work in a safe manner, aiming at a Goal ZERO Accident and ZERO Tolerance with deviations. GreenSoil has adopted a SHEQ system, based upon the Belgium / Dutch quality and safety standards, which guarantees the high quality & safety level of our projects operation.

Sustainability

GreenSoil aims to apply the most sustainable methods and best practices so to minimize environmental and social impact as much as possible. Minimizing (social) impact requires effective communication with all stakeholders. Sustainability principles are not only applied with the projects we do but also in the general functioning of our company.

CO₂ Performance Ladder

GreenSoil has applied the CO₂ Performance Ladder to determine our environmental impact, with the aim of reducing the company's carbon footprint.

The following actions have been carried out:
-   Carbon footprint has been established for the reference year 2022 and amounts to 182.84 t CO₂ eq.
-   The strategic targets for 2030 have been set at a 42% reduction (Paris Climate Agreements & SBTI).
-   The strategic targets for 2050 have been set at a 100% reduction (Climate Neutrality, European Green Deal).
-   For the above targets, a detailed plan of action has been drawn up for 2023 and 2025.
-   In 2023, a reduction of > 10% has already been achieved on the CO₂ PL.
-   In Q1-2024, 20% of vehicle fleet switched to electric vehicles.
-   Carbon management is integrated into the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS)
